Grown in the hills of Beechworth, my Pinot Noir is a medium bodied, more savoury style. I wanted to showcase not only the black cherry fruits but also the earthy forest floor aspect of this wine. Open fermented, hand plunged with some whole bunch fermentation and basket pressing allowing this expression.
