This wine is a cracker, coming from one of the Alpine Valleys most respected vineyards.  Ripe peach & red apple run through the wine which complement the rich buttery palate. Fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels provide the support for the complexity and long flavour profile. A serious wine that will be at its best with extended cellaring.

Drink: Now to 2029 (Careful cellaring for up to ten years will pay dividends)
