Our rose is made more in the Spanish Rosado style with a slightly deeper colour and more palate weight than some of the thin watery rose’s that seem to be hitting the market at the moment. Alpine Valley Tempranillo and Rutherglen Shiraz create a wine that shows watermelon and balsamic strawberry fruits, with a lovely rounder palate perfect for sessions with charcuterie and cheese platters on the back deck.
